We are so excited to welcome you to Bay’s Place!
Since acquiring Maxwell Mansion in 2020 we have worked hard to continue to improve the experience and offerings at Maxwell as well as integrating our family into the wonderful Lake Geneva community.
In late 2021 we acquired a vacation rental property less than a block from Maxwell Mansion. Our vision with purchasing this property is to continue to improve the availability of unique and distinct accommodations within walking distance of the Lake and downtown focusing on individuals, families, and companies. While Bay’s Place is owned and operated by a separate entity, some services and/or amenities may be provided by Maxwell Mansion.

How big is Bay’s Place?
Bay’s Place sleeps up to 12 people throughout the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The home features a large front yard with a brick patio area featuring outdoor furniture and a fire pit. The home is perfect for family gatherings, vacations, small corporate gatherings, or an intimate small wedding.
How do you book?
All stays require at least two nights and often three nights during the summer. Booking is as easy as clicking the Book Now button at the top of this page. While we encourage online bookings for all of our guests, if you do need assistance you may call us at the number at the bottom of each page on our website.
What are the policies and deposit required for booking?
All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. See our policies as you are booking your reservation to confirm the exact details for your reservation, as it may vary by season and/or rate plan.
Is Bay’s Place Owned by Maxwell Mansion?
No. Bay’s Place is owned by LuMoBay Investments, LLC. Luke and Monica Pfeifer are the proprietors of this entity as well as various other entities in the Lake Geneva area including Adventure Hospitality and Maxwell Mansion.
What Maxwell Amenities are Available to Guests of Bay’s Place?
At this time we are finalizing the details of what amenities will be provided for guests of Bay’s Place but do anticipate to allow Guests over 21 staying at Bay’s Place to have early access to the Speakeasy as well as access to the pool at Maxwell Mansion.
Where does the name, Bay’s Place come from?
Family is very important to us. In short the name is inspired by our daughters name.
